Typically, it takes about an hour to set up. We ask you to provide us access to the event space 1-hour prior to start.

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for deposits and final payments.

We request a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Deposit will be applied to the total cost of event. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date. If we are unable to collect the final payment 7 days prior to the event, Photo Luxe 360 reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited. 

Yes! All of our photo booth packages come with fun and trendy props for your enjoyment.

 

You can book your event as far in advance as you’d like. All bookings are subject to availability.

 

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you book and pay your deposit. You will also receive a second confirmation email prior to your event start date and time.

 

Rest assured! There will be a booth attendant to assist with your Photo Luxe 360 experience. The attendant will operate the booth the entire time so you and your guests can focus on having fun!

 

An overlay is a border/template that will be added to your videos. Photos, GIFS. We can customized it to a theme of your choice, (i.e. birthday, graduation, sweet 16, any holiday, etc.). We can even add your business logo!  Overlays are included with every package Photo Luxe 360.

 

You will receive instantly via email, text message, QR code. Please note, Photo Luxe 360 will need Wi-Fi connection for instant receipt of videos and photos. If Wi-Fi is unavailable at venue, you will receive a file you can download of your event.

 

Yes, we carry liability insurance. If your event venue requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance, please let us know ahead of time so we may provide a copy.
